Just like all of the Bob’s Red Mill certified organic products, the new Gluten Free Organic Oats meet the strict requirements of the USDA’s National Organic Program. All USDA certified foods must be free of synthetic additives, such as pesticides, chemical fertilizers and dyes, and must not be processed using industrial solvents. The organic certification process involves close monitoring from start to finish, assuring the safest and highest quality products.

As with all of Bob’s Red Mill’s gluten free products, the Gluten Free Organic Oats also adhere to strict gluten free quality standards, including being produced in a 100% dedicated gluten free facility and being ELISA tested to verify gluten free integrity.
